Our expert machinists use our wide variety of equipment so we can meet or exceed our clients’ requirements. We have experience machining parts with a wide variety of materials. We can provide a fast turnaround on prototypes and one-off parts to full production runs.
We have drill presses to produce, enlarge, and finish holes in various metals and hard plastics. We offer a gang drill, a pedestal drills, and a radial arm drill to meet your drilling requirements up to 2” dia.
We can turn various metals and plastics. We have the capacity to turn product up to 20” in diameter and up to 6’ long.
We offer a 200-ton press brake with a 12 ft bed with an 8” throat, and 10’6” between the frames. Our largest press brake is a 500-ton with a 14” throat and 8’ 6” between the frames.
Although most of our hole making is done at the laser or in the drill presses, we offer a 70-ton punch press. Our punch press also gives us stamping capabilities for louvers and other special forms.
