Sanding & grinding are beneficial in the production of great-looking, quality parts. There are many forms of sanding and grinding, and PMW does them all.
Sanding is generally used to remove burrs and scratches from material after it is punched or cut. Sanding helps plating and paint adhere better to metal parts, it also can provide a decorative finish.
Grinding is normally used to remove weld, and to add cosmetic surface finishes to metal parts whether it is a straight grain finish or orbital. PMW’s employees have many years of experience, sanding and grinding parts as true craftsmen.
